Payday Loans - How do you apply?

Paycheck advances are loan for just a small amount which range from $100 to $500, but sometimes going up to $1500. They can be applied for any purpose and are supposed to be paid back by the applicants next payday, hence the term - payday loans.

An applicant can make an application for a paycheck advance by visiting a payday advance provider and supplying proof of earnings. The customer would then give in a cheque to the cash advance providers which will be cashed when the customers next payday comes. So long as their are sufficient funds in the customers account on the day they get paid, the cheque will cover the loan they have taken out and the loan, including the interest charges will be cleared. If however, there are not sufficient funds to cover the loan on the date specified, the debt will continue and the borrower will be required to pay off the added interest and a possible fee for paying late on their next payday. In this situation, it is easy for a the borrower to get stuck in a spiral of debt.

Another way to apply for a payday advance is to fill in a simple application form online. There are now a great deal of websites providing payday advances. Most websites ask for the customer to fill in their personal details along with some bank information and oftenly the details of references. Some websites ask the customer to fax documents and this proves the customers ability to pay back the loan such as bank statements. However, a number of web sites now provide payday loans with no faxing required, making the process much quicker and easier.

Which ever payday loan provider you select you should ensure that you find a reputable company and understand all the terms and conditions properly. Dont ever rush into obtaining any loan and although it can be tempting because of the fast turn around, payday advance companies should be researched properly before hand.
